What you'll do

You will work closely with the Operations team to keep our supply chain moving with precision. What does that look like daily?

• Order Management: Support order follow-up by monitoring PO (Product Order) status, checking quantities, and managing delays.

• Production Liaison: Follow up with factories regarding production timelines, capacity issues, and potential delays.

• Data Integrity: Maintain clean and accurate data within our ERP (Odoo) and ensure vendor packing lists are uploaded correctly.

• Tool Optimization: Help improve planning tools such as Excel trackers and dashboards to provide better insights.

• Seasonal Planning: Support the team in planning for season transitions (SS / FW) and help implement improved planning processes.

What you'll bring

You are analytical, organized, and ready to dive into the details of a fast-growing scale-up. We are looking for:

• Educational Background: Currently studying Supply Chain Management, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.

• Analytical Skills: Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets with a knack for working with data.

• Mindset: A proactive, hands-on mindset and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Good communication skills and fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus.

• Interest: A genuine interest in production planning, buying, and global supply chain processes.
