Drive our global paid search strategy as our Paid Search Manager in Amsterdam, turning data-driven insights into highly efficient commercial growth across our European retail and e-commerce channels. In this role, you will shape and execute our global strategy, striking the perfect balance between high-level channel tactics and hands-on performance analysis.
Working alongside our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will act as the key connection between our internal Data, Ecom, and Creative teams, and our external agency to scale our digital presence across Europe.

What you'll do
Global Optimization: Manage monitor and optimize our global paid search strategy across Google and Bing, driving improvements in CAC, ROAS & Net Profit.
Multi-Market Growth: Partner with leadership to develop and refine our strategy on Google Ads. Accelerating growth in our core markets and supporting expansion across different European markets and languages.
Operational Alignment: Coordinate daily performance activities with our external agency partners, guiding the execution of daily optimizations and an a continuous testing roadmap.
Feed Management: Oversee and refine our multi-language and multi-currency product feeds to ensure accuracy across a large product inventory.
Actionable Reporting: Convert complex datasets from Google Analytics, Looker, and attribution tools into clear, practical strategies for our campaigns.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with our Creative, Ecom, and Data teams to align campaign assets with overall brand goals, perfect analysis and meet modern tracking standards.
What you'll bring
Essential
Around 5-6 years of extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and Paid Search campaigns, ideally within an e-commerce or D2C brand.
Demonstrated track record managing multi-market, multi-language budgets of significant scale (€250k+ monthly).
Experience managing a large product inventory in Google Merchant Center & Shopping Campaigns.
Strong data proficiency with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, alongside experience using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex tracking or attribution data into practical commercial recommendations.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have
Experience evaluating campaign health using advanced attribution models (MTA) or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
Technical comfort with GTM and server-side tracking setups.
Prior experience managing performance marketing agencies.
