Be the voice of MR MARVIS for our French customers. Join our Amsterdam HQ as a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver premium, thoughtful service that turns everyday interactions into memorable brand experiences.
You will handle inquiries with care to make every customer feel heard, from discovery to long after delivery. Beyond closing tickets, you’ll bring a human touch to e-commerce, surprise our customers, and share insights to continually elevate the brand experience.

What you'll do
Customer Support & Engagement
Provide premium support and answer inquiries across email, phone, chat, and social media.
Act as the voice of the French customer by identifying trends and pitching ideas to improve the customer journey.
Creative Customer Delight
Elevate pre- and post-purchase touchpoints to ensure the MR MARVIS experience is unforgettable.
Proactively surprise and delight customers through personalized gestures like handwritten notes, custom videos, and small gifts.
Operations & Feedback
Manage daily administrative tasks smoothly, including processing returns and responding to online reviews.
Track your own performance metrics and share valuable customer feedback with the wider business.
What you'll bring
Essential
Highly proficient in both spoken and written French and English.
Clear, thoughtful communication skills with a natural ability to empathize and solve problems quickly.
A practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
Availability for at least 16 hours , including a minimum of one day per weekend per week.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment (such as customer service, premium retail, sales, or hospitality).
