IT Support Intern
We usually respond within two weeks
About the Internship
Behind our stores, offices and webshop sits a growing tech stack including laptops, Wi-Fi, Google Workspace, iPads, PIN terminals and more.
We're looking for an IT Support Intern to own first-line IT support, working side by side with our Head of Digital Operations. You'll be the first point of contact for IT questions from office and store colleagues, picking up tickets, fixing what you can, escalating what you can't, and documenting what you learn so the same issue doesn't cost us time twice.
Real ownership, real impact, from day one.

What you'll do
First-line support for office and retail
Be the first responder for IT requests from office and store teams.
Troubleshoot hardware: laptops, monitors, docks, peripherals.
Solve basic network and office issues: Wi-Fi, printers, meeting room setups.
Support store technology during store visits: iPads, PIN terminals, and other POS hardware.
Devices, accounts and access
Prepare, hand out and collect devices for new and departing colleagues.
Support onboarding and offboarding in Google Workspace and other tools.
Handle access requests carefully, following our access and security basics.
Ownership and documentation
Take ownership of open tickets and follow up until they're actually resolved.
Write clear, reusable documentation and how-to's in Notion.
Spot recurring issues and suggest structural fixes or small automations.
Grow with the team
Work closely with our IT lead and the wider Product & Tech team.
Get exposure to our stack: Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, Odoo, Shopify and device management.
Take on larger projects as you build confidence and skills.

What success looks like
Office and store colleagues know who to go to, and get a fast, friendly response.
Open tickets are followed up and closed, not forgotten.
Recurring issues are documented, so answers are reusable.
Senior IT and Product & Tech time shifts from reactive support to structural projects.
You grow into a broader IT role, already trained on our stack and ways of working.
What you'll bring
Must-haves
Genuine interest in IT, helpdesk or systems administration.
You're a strong communicator with a friendly, patient, service-minded attitude.
You're comfortable troubleshooting hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and basic networking (Wi-Fi, printers).
You're organized and reliable, and able to document your work clearly.
You're a proactive problem-solver who asks questions and follows through.
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Nice-to-haves
Exposure to device management / MDM and Google Workspace.
POS or retail tech experience (iPads, PIN terminals).
Familiarity with Notion, Linear, Odoo or Shopify.
Curiosity about scripting and automation, and IT security basics.

How you work
You're eager to learn and want to grow into a broader IT role.
You're a team player who can also run with things independently.
You stay calm under pressure, especially when a store needs you now.
You take ownership of open tickets instead of passing them on.
Good vibes.
